Luxury Builder Wins 4 Aurora Awards

Bayfair recently took home four Aurora Awards, which honor the finest builders, architects, designers, and other building industry professionals across a 12-state region. This year, the awards were dedicated to recognizing “Designs of Distinction,” thus honoring the most creative, inviting floorplans and construction quality from over 460 entries.

Bayfair Properties’ Bayside home at MiraBay scored high enough in its category (Attached For-Sale Homes, $300,001-$500,000) to earn two Aurora Awards – one for its overall excellence, another as the highest-scorer across the category – the “Grand Aurora Award” winner.

The Admiral home at Anchor Cove also won an Aurora in the same category, while Kay Green Design was distinguished in the competition for the merchandising of the Bayside model home at Anchor Cove.

Each entry was graded based on the quality of design, its market acceptance, curb appeal, overall architectural design, cost efficiency and value, and other factors. The Bayfair homes competed against communities throughout the Southeastern United states, from as far as Texas and Virginia.
