Bayfair Cleans Up at Parade of Homes – Sweeps in Five Categories!

Single and multi-family homes win top Grand Awards.

Tampa, FL – Bayfair Homes was a big winner at the Tampa Bay Builders Associations’ 2007 Parade of Homes.  Winners were announced May 8^th for the Parade of Homes held March 17^th through April 1^st.   Housing industry professionals from outside the area comprised the teams of judges who selected the winners.  This year's Parade had 168 entries.

Bayfair Homes’ unique designs and superior craftsmanship made all the difference to Parade of Homes visitors and judges, as five of Bayfair’s entries won the top honor, the Grand Award.   J. The Ashland Manor at Southern Hills Plantation Club in Hernando won the Grand Award for “Single-family homes priced from $550,000-$599,000”.  Ashland Manor also received the “Best Home on the Block” award, presented by the Florida Concrete & Products Association. 

The Bradford at Whittington Court in Pinellas received the Grand Award for “Multifamily homes priced from $250,000-$299,000”, while The Outrigger at MiraBay in Hillsborough won for “Multifamily homes priced from $380,000-$430,000”.  Grand Awards also went to two models in Marina Bay, The Sanibel in the “Multifamily homes priced from $550,000-$599,000” category, and The Boca Grande in the “Multifamily homes priced from $650,000-$700,000” category.
