Bayfair's corporate office is located in South Tampa near Tampa's renowned Bayshore Boulevard and houses both the in-house Architecture and Design teams, as well as Bayfair's corporate team members.

Bayfair's Main Design Center features sample materials available for use. In addition, Bayfair's design team has access to thousands of catalogs and industry representatives to locate and secure unique fixtures and finishes.

Bayfair is proud to be one of the few builders in the local market to offer an exclusive in-house architecture team. Bayfair's architecture team has been responsible for many successful and award-winning designs, including the Coastal Living Home, located at MiraBay and featured by Coastal Living Magazine in Fall 2004..

In addition to Design and Architecture, Bayfair offers an in-house warranty team at our corporate office to monitor and handle customer requests.
